After hours of fighting trying to get a working version of Subversion running on the G5, I give up. I tried compiling it myself only to get binaries that don’t work (stupid 10.5 64bit apache I think…), MacPorts, which failed massively, and binary install packages (same as my home built). I’m going to try a SVN hosting provider. For some reason DevGuard looks like a better deal/setup than CVSDude . We’ll see how it works for a while, and if it’s useful. I’m working on a couple projects I want to eventually post as “released source” projects, and it will be nice to let someone else handle the work anyways.
